Welcome to GoalStats! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

GoalStats is a system for managing football statistics with friends. The service allows:

• Managing players and teams
• Tracking games and results
• Viewing statistics and rankings
• Inviting friends to a shared environment

3. Trial Period

After the trial period:

• You need to upgrade to premium subscription to continue adding new games.
• Existing data (players, games, statistics) will be preserved.
• You can view statistics even without an active subscription.
• The environment will be locked for adding new content until purchasing a subscription.

The trial period is given only once per environment/team.

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:

• Upload offensive or illegal content
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Attempt to access other users accounts
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the service, including design, code, and logo, belong to GoalStats. The data you enter belongs to you.

7. Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

When purchasing a premium subscription:

• You confirm that you have read and understood the payment policy.
• The subscription is active until the expiration date set at purchase.
• It is not possible to cancel a subscription mid-period and receive a partial refund.
• It is not possible to "upgrade" or "return" a purchased plan.
• Prices for longer plans (6/12 months) are discounted on the condition that the commitment is not cancelled.

Exceptional cases: In case of a significant technical failure on our part that prevented use of the service for an extended period, you may contact us and we will examine the case individually.

Expiration reminder: We will send you email reminders 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before the subscription ends, so you can decide whether to renew.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or errors.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on our Facebook page and in notifications to your team environment.
